Mindfulness Session

Our most popular workshop! Rooted in experiential learning, we teach attendees easy-to-use tools by guiding them through a mindful meditation session and discussion around being present. This workshop is great for repeat attendees – we can progress from introductory sessions to specific topics such as Self Care, Compassionate Leadership, and Empowering Intentions.

Avoiding Burnout

Did you know burnout syndrome is classified as an official medical condition? In this workshop, we discuss how to assess and reduce workplace-related stress to avoid employee burnout. We lead a meditation session that anyone can use to restore productivity, improve concentration and boost innovative thinking.

Mindful Eating & Nutrition

Ditch the “diet talks” and learn how to listen to and support your body. We share easy-to-integrate tools that vitalize the body and mind for a full and productive day. Attendees will leave with personalized goals and an understanding of mindful eating.

Mindful Movement

This workshop starts with our yoga-inspired movement + meditation class (office desk-friendly!) focusing on stress-reducing exercises designed to help employees set intentions in the morning, reset mid-day or unwind in the evening. We also share planning tools employees can use to set mindful goals for physical well-being.
